Алпыс жылдан астам тарихы бар Қазығұрт ауданындағы №11 колледжде бүгінде 400-ден аса студент білім алуда. Бүгінде жұмысшы мамандарын даярлау, олардың біліктілігін арттыру – ең өзекті мәселе. Сондықтан колледж ұжымы ауыл шаруашылығы саласының мамандарын даярлауда белсенділік танытып келеді.
Оқу орны алғаш 1958 жылы Тұрбат елді мекеніндегі МТС базасында «Ауыл шаруашылығын механикаландыру» училищесі болып ашылды. Осы уақытқа дейін колледжді 25 мыңнан аса түлек бітіріп шықты. Олардың арасында Социалистік Еңбек Ері Төле Ағабеков, Еңбек Қызыл Ту орденімен және Қазақ КСР Жоғарғы Кеңесінің Құрмет грамотасымен марапатталған Тағай Қалменов, «Құрмет» орденді Қонысбай Намазбай, басқа да еңбек майталмандары бар.
Колледжде 25 теориялық оқыту кабинеті, 12 шеберхана, 4 лабораториялық кабинет жұмыс істейді. Колледж 7 мамандық бойынша, яғни ауыл шаруашылығын механикаландыру, дәнекерлеу ісі, тігін өндірісі және киімдерді үлгілеу, тамақтануды ұйымдастыру, автокөлік жөндеу, пайдалану және қызмет көрсету, ғимараттар салу және пайдалану, іс жүргізу және мұрағаттану мамандықтары бойынша мамандар даярлайды.
Кәсіби-техникалық білім алып жатқан студенттер жатақханамен, үш мезгіл ыстық тамақпен және шәкіртақымен қамтамасыз етілген.
Колледжде білім алушыларға сапалы білім беру үшін жоғары және орта арнаулы білімі бар, тәжірибелі 62 оқытушы мен өндірістік оқыту шеберлері сабақ береді. Сондай-ақ, заман талабына сай біліктілік санаттарын арттырып жүрген педагогтер де бар.

Осы ретте «Жас маман» жобасы – жұмысшы кадрларды сапалы даярлаудың жүйелі құралы. «Жас маман» жобасы еліміздің 180 колледжін модернизациялауды, яғни оларды заманауи жабдықтар жиынтығымен жабдықтауды көздейді. Соның ішінде халықаралық WorldSkills қозғалысының стандарттары да ескеріліп отыр.
Бұл жобаға 2020 жылы Түркістан облысы бойынша 4 колледж енген болатын. Солардың қатарында Қазығұрт ауданындағы осы №11 колледж де бар. «Жас маман» жобасының артықшылығы, ең қажетті мамандықтарға басымдық берілуінде. Яғни сұраныстағы мамандықтарды сапалы етіп даярлауымыз керек. Бізде «Ауыл шаруашылығын механикаландыру» мамандығының материалдық-техникалық базасы қажетті заманауи техникалармен қамтылған, яғни «JOHN DEERE W540» комбайны, «Landini SUPER DT-110» тракторы, «Автокөлік және трактор» тренажерлары, түрлі дән сепкіш сеялкалар, басқа да құрал-жабдықтармен жарақтандырылған. Сонымен қатар, колледж WorldSkills чемпионатына қатысушыларды дайындайды, – дейді колледж директорының міндетін уақытша атқарушы Байдалы Тұртаев.
