Қазақстан толық цифрлық мемлекетке айналады
Қасым-Жомарт Тоқаев Астанада өтіп жатқан Жасанды интеллект бойынша ІІІ халықаралық олимпиаданың ашылу салтанатына қатысып, сөз сөйледі.
Президент өз сөзінде еліміз цифрлық даму тұрғысынан стратегиялық таңдау жасағанына тоқталды.
– Қазақстан Біріккен Ұлттар Ұйымының электронды үкіметті дамыту индексінде 193 мемлекеттің арасынан 24-орын алады. Жаңа технологияларды енгізуге әзірлік деңгейі бойынша еліміз Орталық Азияда көш бастап тұр. Біз бірыңғай инновациялық экожүйе құрып жатырмыз. Мұнда жасанды интеллект мемлекетті, экономиканы, бизнесті басқарудың маңызды тетігі ретінде қоғам өмірінің барлық саласына дендеп енеді. Былтырғы Жолдауымда алдағы үш жыл ішінде Қазақстанды толық цифрлық мемлекетке айналдыру бойынша нақты міндет жүктедім. 2026 жылды Цифрландыру және жасанды интеллект жылы деп жариялау да – осы стратегиялық бағдарды жүзеге асыруға бағытталған қадам. Бұдан бөлек, инновацияға иек артатын ел дамуының негізгі бағыттары 1 шілдеде күшіне енген Қазақстанның жаңа Конституциясында анық көрсетілген. Бұл – барлық үдерістің басы ғана, – деді Мемлекет басшысы.
Қасым-Жомарт Тоқаев еліміз сапалы білімге, дарынды балаларды жан-жақты қолдауға баса назар аударатынын айтты.
– Былтыр Бейжіңде өткен Жасанды интеллект бойынша олимпиададан Қазақстан оқушылары үш алтын, бір күміс және үш қола медаль жеңіп алды. Ел мерейін асыратын бұл жетістік жастарымыздың зияткерлік және шығармашылық әлеуетінің зор екенін көрсетеді. Орайлы сәтті пайдалана отырып, талантты өрендерімізге бағыт-бағдар беріп жүрген ұстаздар мен тәлімгерлерге алғыс айтамын, – деді Мемлекет басшысы.
Президент бұл олимпиада жасанды интеллектіні зерттеуші жастардың халықаралық қауымдастығының дамуына үлкен серпін беретініне сенім білдірді.
